Spain’s Primavera Sound introduces its latest gastronomic proposal: Primmmavera

What do you get when you combine a great music festival, 3 great chefs and some great food? An ammmazing event, that is Primmmavera.

Following the success of the Barcelonian music festival, Primavera Sound is back and experimenting new ways of eating, introducing its newest gastronmic proposal Primmmavera, headed by renowned chefs Diego Guerrero, Eduardo ‘Lalo’ García and Douglas McMaster, seeing classic Barcelonian street food restaurants come together in a rare event.

The festival will incorporate 20 different restaurants from around the city along with a pop-up restaurant headed by a different leading chef each day, in total offering around 50 different culinary proposals over the 3 days.

So what is there to eat? Along with a variety of food trucks and some of Bareclona’s greatest street food restaurants, there will also be Paella’s served by chef Óscar Manresa, from restaurant Kauai de Gavà. But the main event to look out for will definitely be the pop-up restaurant, inaugurated by British chef Douglas Mcmaster on Thursday 31st May, followed by chef Eduardo Garcia, known as one of the best Latin-American cooks on Friday 1st June and finally hosted by 2 star Michelin Chef Diego Guerrero on Saturday 2nd June. You’ll need to book ahead for some of these experiences though, so make sure to read all the details via the link below.

Primavera Sound takes places in Barcelona’s Parc del Forum from May 30th to June 3rd. For more details on it, and on Primmmavera – including table reservations and a full list of dining options – head HERE
