Singapore Airlines introduce new wholesome meal range to refresh their food offerings

Singapore Airlines have launched a new selection of wholesome food choices, catering to a wide variety of nutritional needs of their customers. Curated by the airlines International Culinary Panel, which includes renowned chef Matt Moran, the new Deliciously Wholesome range features a range of healthy, gourmet dishes.

The refreshed airline food range will be available on Singapore Airline flights, as well as in SilverKris Lounge’s at Singapore’s Changai Airport. Containing a wide variety of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, the meals also contain active micro-nutrients which help to eliminate the likes of dehydration, fatigue and jetlag.

Some of the new range will include dishes such as Citrus Steamed Sea Bass with Lettuce Puree, Quinoa served with Ratatouille and Chickpeas and Sousvide Miso Simmered Beef Yamato-style with Nimono Vegetables.
