Australia & New Zealand now connected on one ski pass in a Southern Hemisphere first

Aussie and Kiwi ski bunnies are finally united under one lift pass, connecting Thredbo Resort with NZ Ski resorts Coronet Peak, The Remarkables (Queenstown) and Mt Hutt (Christchurch). The pass, called The “Mountain Collective”, is an alliance with the world’s best independent ski destinations, also including Canada, USA, Europe, Japan and South America, allowing skiers and riders in the Southern Hemisphere the best lift pass savings, receiving 2 days at Thredbo, and 2 days at either Coronet Peak, The Remarkables or Mt. Hutt. The pass also includes 2 days skiing at other international Mountain Collective destinations for $529*AUD.

Mountain Collective pass holders also get 50% off any further single day lift ticket purchases at all participating resorts, with no black out dates for the entire ski season. Aussies and Kiwis therefore can ski Thredbo from only $59AUD per day or Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt in New Zealand for only or $49.50NZ per day.

If you’re a current premium season pass holder at Thredbo and New Zealand’s member resorts, you’re eligible to receive a 50% discount on single day lift passes at all full member Mountain Collective resorts in North America.

Mountain Collective member resorts include: Aspen Snowmass, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, AltaSnowbird, Mammoth, Stowe, Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows and Taos in America.  While Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine Village and Whistler Blackcomb make up the Canadian member resorts.
