Aussies Abroad: Midnight Oil announce massive World Tour kicking off this April

It’s been a long morning already for Midnight Oil fans in Australia (and evening for those overseas) who’ve been keeping their attention trained to the band’s Facebook page, but finally, the wait is over. Through a conference broadcast online from Sydney, the iconic Aussie group broke the news that they would be back on tour around the world for the first time in 15 years, this year.

Along with the tour dates, Midnight Oil will also be releasing three archival box sets, including a collection of music entitled The Overflow Tank, containing more than 14 hours of previously unreleased and rare material. The Boxset Collection is now available for pre-order ahead of its May 5th release, here.

Midnight Oil’s extensive world tour kicks off in South America this April before continuing through North America, Europe and the UK before coming back through New Zealand. For full details, visit www.midnightoil.com – check the dates out below!
